BRANCH MANAGER
Position available in Columbia - Smiley Lane Branch
Are you an individual with strong sales, leadership and organizational ability who has a proven success record of coaching, encouraging and motivating people to do their best? Missouri Credit Union seeks a leader with these attributes for our Smiley Lane Branch. Primary responsibilities include overseeing the daily sales and operations of the branch, coaching and evaluating staff performance and managing staffing. Work closely with the Assistant Vice President on evaluating employee sales performance, operational issues, program development, and employee relations. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of financial institution experience in retail sales. Previous customer service management experience is strongly desired. Must be 100% bondable and have a valid driver’s license.
