Current Positions Available:

TELLER SUPERVISOR

Position available in Columbia, MO.

Missouri Credit Union is currently seeking applicants with exceptional multi-tasking ability and excellent customer service skills, and who thrive in a fast paced environment.

Main duties for this position include: Hiring, training, scheduling and supervising staff, mentoring new tellers, promoting a variety of products and services while coaching tellers on sales and service.

Requirements are 2- 3 years previous teller or related experience in a financial institution. Ability to interact with customers and co-workers face-to-face and over the phone. Experience in supervising employees is strongly desired. Must be 100% bondable.

Hours are between 7:15am - 6:15pm, Monday - Friday, Saturdays 8:30am - 1:00pm. Overtime as needed.
